The acquired products include patented rectangular 2-, 3-, and 4-hour fire-rated ducts, premium kitchen exhaust ducts, high-performance dishwasher exhaust ducts, specialized laboratory exhaust ducts, robust enclosures, and versatile wall and ceiling panels for a wide range of applications. With a unique and patented double wall construction, this duct systems product line is lightweight and impact and moisture resistant. This duct system does not require additional wraps, is easier to install, saves space due to its slim profile, and the single trade installation reduces labor costs.
