Lennox has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Heat Controller, an HVAC equipment supplier serving distributors across North America through its Comfort-Aire and Century brands.
According to Lennox, the acquisition is intended to expand its ability to serve small and mid-size HVAC distributors while broadening its equipment offerings and increasing its presence in the North American HVAC market.
Heat Controller distributes a range of HVAC equipment through its established distributor network. Lennox said the company is known for its product portfolio, equipment availability, brand recognition, and customer service capabilities.
