“There are so many brilliant women that contribute so much to the service trades. I am in awe of the ladies I meet in this industry and what I have learned from them is invaluable,” Bartlett said. “To be recognized as Woman Contractor of the Year is validation of all of the heart and soul, I have poured into Bartlett Heating and Cooling and of how far the industry has come, in part due to strong women!”
In 2018, Bartlett Heating and Cooling received the President’s Award from Carrier. Also, in 2018, Bartlett was given the Best of Smyrna/Vinings Lifestyle Award. Bartlett actively participates in the community by sponsoring local sports and theater groups, toy collection drives at Christmas and restocking the local food pantry.
