ServiceTitan Expands SaaS Market for Field Services Industry

 

GLENDALE, Calif. — ServiceTitan has announced a strategic partnership with The Dwyer Group, one of the world’s largest trade service franchising companies.

Under the agreement, The Dwyer Group is standardizing the use of ServiceTitan’s SaaS mobile software platform for franchisees to manage their business operations, sales and marketing, and customer relationship management (CRM). The Dwyer Group comprises more than 1,500 franchisees in the United States and nine other countries, including service brands Mr. Rooter Plumbing (Drain Doctor in the UK and Portugal), Mr. Electric, and Aire Serv.
