Superior Boiler, ICI Caldaie Form Strategic Partnership

Superior Boiler Works (SBW) and ICI Caldaie, S.p.A., (ICI) announced a strategic business partnership that allows SBW to utilize ICI’s high-efficiency condensing boiler technology. 

As part of the agreement, SBW will provide certain value-added components to the base boilers at its facility to complete the final packaged boiler product. SBW’s facility also will conduct final acceptance testing.

Through its distribution network, SBW will exclusively sell the ICI-manufactured boilers throughout Canada, Mexico and the United States as part of its Creek condensing boiler product line in sizes from 300,000 to 6,000,000 Btu/h.

“We are extremely excited to announce this agreement and align ourselves with ICI Caldaie, which has a very long history of manufacturing high-quality, reliable boilers to the European marketplace and other markets throughout the world,” said Doug Wright, SBW’s president and chief executive officer. “ICI Caldaie and SBW share the same quality-driven values. By coupling their technology with our value-added engineering expertise, we will offer an exceptional product and create better overall value for our customers. We look forward to offering these high-efficiency condensing boilers as part of the total SBW portfolio.”
