Panasonic Promotes Karl Gorbet to National Service Manager

NEWARK, N.J. — Panasonic Heating and Air Conditioning Group has promoted Karl Gorbet to National Service Manager. Gorbet has been part of the Sanyo and Panasonic Air Conditioning team for more than 15 years and has spent the last eight and a half years as an Area Service Manager. Prior to Panasonic, he proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corp for four years.

Gorbet brings more than 27 years of experience to his new role as National Service Manager, with responsibilities that will include managing the service department, overseeing the training department, representing Panasonic on various committees and product development for the HVAC group.

Not only is Gorbet committed to bettering the HVAC division and products from within the Panasonic team, he is also dedicated to growing the Panasonic Dealer Network. In order to become a part of the Dealer Network one must complete a course that consists of hands-on practical training.

These courses are offered in two convenient locations and only require one day of training. Once the dealer has become certified by Panasonic, their company is then listed on the Panasonic website, us.panasonic.com/hvacdealernetwork. This opens up the dealer to thousands of potential customers that visit the site looking for service and sales in their area.
