Portions of the York® In Home Selling Tool from Johnson Controls are now available for consumers on York Liberties™ Plus dealer Websites.

The full version is available for dealers to run from their laptops. They are able to personalize the welcome screen for homeowners and insert their own name and logo. This personalized approach presents a professional image for the dealer.

When consumers visit the dealer’s site, a questionnaire and informational videos about home comfort will be there for them to use. According to Hurt, dealers who encourage homeowners to complete the questionnaire will be better equipped to provide the best possible home comfort solution and achieve sell-up opportunities in the process.

The tool intuitively helps connect the dots by associating key issues with related product features and educational movies. Results of the homeowner questionnaire are presented in a graphic report to help dealers customize their sales presentations and close the sale.
