UTC Canada Corp., a unit of United Technologies Corp., has acquired Commercial Air Services Inc., a St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada-based hvac contractor specializing in the service and repair of commercial unitary equipment. Commercial Air will operate under the Carrier Commercial Service brand effective immediately.
Commercial Air Services, which was incorporated in 1996 and has 22 employees, provides hvac service in the St. Catharines/Niagara Falls area to a wide variety of customers, including manufacturers, schools, property management firms and municipalities.
The acquisition was completed on March 18. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
