Jackson Systems LLC, an Indiana-based, award-winning HVAC manufacturer and wholesaler, was awarded one of the ‘Best Places to Work in Indiana’ awards for 2008. “We are honored to receive this recognition,” says Tom Jackson, CEO.

The ‘Best Places to Work in Indiana’ Program awards companies for their ability to create a strong workplace culture in which employees feel valued.  The program is managed by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce in partnership with Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield.  Winners are determined through employer reports and employee surveys.  Over 120 companies took part in the process and the 67 companies that won the award were divided into two different groups of large and small to medium sized companies.   

Jackson Systems has evolved from an entrepreneurial effort in 1997 of three employees to a growing small business of 30 employees and is approaching $10 million in sales.
