With 95% Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency (AFUE), Johnson Controls’ York Latitude GY9F high-efficiency gas furnace is ENERGY STAR qualified, exceeding the minimum efficiency standards established by the U.S. Department of Energy. This unit also is eligible for a $150 tax credit.
The redesigned GY9F features a steel-casing heat-exchanger liner that provides insulation for silent operation and stronger cabinet design. The new design also allows technicians to easily access, maintain and service the GY9F.
