Kaplan has over 20 years of experience with a variety of technology, service, contracting and engineering firms involving building optimization, including Johnson Controls, Jackson & Blanc, Servidyne and McParlane & Associates. Most recently, he served as director for Corporate Development for a LEED and Retro Commissioning engineering firm. Kaplan holds an MBA and master’s degree in global marketing from Philadelphia University, and a BA from the University of Florida.
