The Heating & Cooling Division of Rheem Manufacturing Co. has announced the purchase of a 37-acre commercial development site in Nuevo Laredo, in the state of Tamaulipas, Mexico, where Rheem has other manufacturing operations. The division plans to construct a manufacturing facility on the site, which the company calls an important strategic platform for continued global market expansion. The site will help the company increase market share and aggressively compete with overseas competition.
