Johnson Controls has expanded the line of York brand of products with patented MagnaDRY technology with the 3–5-ton Predator MagnaDRY Hot Gas Reheat Packaged Units. The ZR037, ZR049 and ZR061 are based on a state-of-the-art dehumidification system that keeps occupants comfortable in humidity-sensitive applications without overcooling the space.

Featuring a similar design as the 6.5–12.5-ton Predator Hot Gas reheat units, the 3–5-ton units are among the most efficient in the industry, achieving efficiencies of 15 SEER and 12.2 EER. These units can be ordered in several configurations, including reheat only, reheat with electric heat or reheat with gas.
