Honeywell offers new tools for home and business owners to remotely monitor and manage their heating and cooling systems from a computer, smartphone or tablet. Total Connect Comfort Services is a value-added service that contractors can offer customers. The service can be accessed through the RedLINK Internet Gateway and is ideal for customers that have vacation homes, investment properties or multi-site businesses, the company said. Users can view and change system settings, view and set the temperature, view the indoor and outdoor humidity, access multiple thermostats in a zoned system and receive automatic upgrades as new features become available.

“Honeywell is committed to connecting contractors to their customers,” said John Tyhacz, vice president and general manager for Honeywell’s Home Comfort and Energy Systems Business. “With Total Connect Comfort Services, contractors can increase their add on-sales, improve their bottom line and connect their customer’s to what matters most; comfort.”
