Service Excellence Training (SET) is opening its training resources to a larger contractor audience. Previously, the SET management has focused on select regional contractors.
SET uses a proprietary system of proven training programs to train contracting businesses on lead generation, expert sales techniques, and client retention. The curriculum consists of a series of courses that are taught in classrooms, via the web, and on site at a contractor’s place of business. Each course is tailored specifically for either service and selling technicians, field employees, client service representatives, dispatchers, or even business owners themselves.
