Chris Stone will join the staff of The Air-Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI) as Senior Advisor, Performance Testing. He brings more than 20 years of experience in HVACR and water heating testing, and is well known and respected by many AHRI members.

Stone will work with AHRI staff and members to evaluate certification testing to ensure adherence to test standards and program requirements. He also will play a key role in developing commissioning documents for certification testing and correlation data evaluation.

Stone has served on numerous AHRI, ASHRAE, and ISO committees. He has previously served as General Manager - Performance at INTERTEK, and most recently was the Director of U.S. Programs at the Collaborative Labeling and Appliance Standards Program.
