Mitsubishi Electric Cooling & Heating has appointed Marc Zipfel to the position of director of product marketing where he will drive brand positioning of Mitsubishi Electric products and services in both the residential and commercial markets. In addition, he will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans for product launches and managing affiliated agencies within Mitsubishi Electric.
Prior to joining Mitsubishi Electric, Zipfel was director of brand marketing for In Zone Brands. He has also worked as group brand manager of household products for BioLab, as account director on the M&M/Mars account at D’Arcy Advertising and as brand manager at Nestlé Purina.
Zipfel earned bachelor’s degrees in marketing and advertising from The Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio.
