Larson Electronics’ newest stand-alone light tower package incorporates a water cooled diesel engine and 10,000 watt generator to provide operators with an effective lighting solution for areas up to 7 acres in size. The Magnalight HAL-WCDE-4X1000 is a mobile light tower, which includes 4 Class 1 Division 2 1,000 watt metal halide lights mounted atop a telescoping boom which can be extended to 30 feet in height for maximum light coverage.

Capable of operating uninterrupted for up to 12 hours, the unit is ideal for emergency services, large scale event illumination, construction, mining, and industrial operations, the company said.

A water-cooled diesel engine powers a 10,000-watt generator to supply power for four 1,000-watt metal halide lights (Class 1, Division 2) that produce a total of 440,000 lumens of light. A 15-gallon fuel capacity allows the unit to run uninterrupted for up to 12 hours. A telescoping light boom allows workers to elevate the 4 metal halide lamps to a height of 30 feet.
