Carrier certified Commercial Replacement Experts (CREs) assist customers in realizing rooftop replacement energy savings opportunities through detailed efficiency analysis. With the efficiency levels of some Carrier rooftops up to 60 percent higher than they were in 1995, now is the time for building owners and facility managers to evaluate replacing their heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment, the company advises.

Carrier CREs specialize in running load calculations to properly size and select equipment and define a payback analysis that takes into consideration operational costs for the future in addition to the initial cost for repairing or replacing a system. CREs provide customers with reports on equipment selection as well as operating and lifecycle costs, while also identifying rebates and leasing programs for Carrier 2 to 27.5 ton rooftops. They are also able to install units that are factory and field stocked for fast delivery.

For assistance with your equipment replacement strategy, contact your local Carrier distributor for a certified Carrier Commercial Replacement Expert or visit www.carrier.com.
