Heating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Distributors International (HARDI) is pleased to announce the addition of Susan Little as the association’s Director of Marketing. Little will oversee HARDI’s marketing and branding strategies, new and existing product, services, and event promotions, and all communication strategies including social media tools such as blogs, Facebook, and Twitter.

Little worked for ten years at G&J Pepsi-Cola Bottling Company from 1997-2007, leading their advertising, promotions, and marketing efforts. For just over the last two years, Little served as the Vice President of Market Development for the American Dairy Association from 2008 until September of this year.

She has extensive experience in product, event, and association marketing, communications, strategic planning, branding, research and creative development, as well as social networking and media. Throughout her career, Little has been awarded multiple Achievement in Marketing Awards and most recently her work for the American Dairy Association was chosen as a finalist with the NBA and Godiva Chocolate for a national Loyalty Program of the Year Award.

Little is also a founding member and Chair of the Marketing Leadership Roundtable of Columbus and serves on Ohio Dominican University's Master of Business Administration Board of Advisors. She is a graduate of Leadership Columbus and was recognized as one of 40 Under Forty young executives to watch by Business First Magazine in 2003. Little earned her bachelor’s degree from the Ohio State University and her MBA from Ohio Dominican University.

“HARDI has grown and diversified its member benefits and services to the point where even long-time member companies are unaware of everything that is available to them so we couldn’t be more excited about bringing on such a talented marketing professional in Susan who will help us more effectively position HARDI and communicate with our members and the HVACR industry,” said Donald L. Frendberg, HARDI’s Executive Vice President & C.O.O.
