MiTek Inc. and its subsidiary, TMI Custom Air Systems announce the acquisition of Rush Air Inc., a leader in developing, producing and distributing custom heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems for permanent or portable applications. Rush Air is based in St. Clair, Mich. TMI is the industry leader in manufacturing and installing highly customized air handling systems sold to the commercial, institutional and industrial markets. Rush Air will report to TMI. MiTek is a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway Inc.
