MacroAir Technologies recently announced a new installation and warranty upgrade program designed to demonstrate confidence in their products and the company's commitment to quality and service.
MacroAir says its customers can rest assured that their HVLS air movement systems will always be running at peak performance and will offer optimum energy efficiency and comfort.
The new program provides three options to meet the needs of all MacroAir customers.
- 1. installation of a new MacroAir HVLS air movement system by a factory trained and certified technician. Not only does this ensure the highest quality of installation, it also includes a 100% coverage guarantee for the first ten years the system is in operation.
- 2. For customers who have already purchased and installed their MacroAir system, a MacroAir representative will inspect the installation and certify the fan within 60 days. Not only does this ensure that the system is installed correctly and according to manufacturer specifications, including Article 15 compliance*, it also includes a 100% coverage guarantee for the first ten years the fan is in operation.
- 3. For fans already installed that do not meet the requirements for Article 15 compliance*, customers can ensure that their MacroAir fan continues to perform at its maximum potential for a low annual fee. Each fan will receive an initial quality inspection and receive a certification, allowing for a 100% coverage guarantee.
All three options include one preventative maintenance inspection annually. In the unlikely event that a MacroAir fan may require service, complete coverage of all labor costs associated with the repair, as well as all part costs (including shipping and handling charges) and all equipment costs and rental fees, for a low $50.00 deductible per service call.
