Goodman Global Group, Inc. recently announced that Karilee (“Kari”) A. Durham has joined the company as Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Kari brings more than 20 years of experience in the Human Resources field to Goodman. 

“I am very pleased to have Kari join our company in this key role,” said David L. Swift, Goodman’s President and CEO. “The addition of Kari will greatly enhance our ability to leverage Goodman’s most important asset, our talented people.” 

Kari joins Goodman from Dell Inc., in Round Rock, Texas where she led the Human Resources function for Dell’s global supply chain. During her time at Dell, Kari held various roles including the HR leader for Dell Americas Operations. Previously, Kari worked for Flextronics International as Vice President of Americas Human Resources and for Solectron Corporation, where she held a variety of roles including Vice President of HR for the Americas region. 

Kari holds an MBA from The Broad Graduate School of Business at Michigan State University and also holds her undergraduate degree from Michigan State University.
