RSES has released on CD the Service Application Manual, consisting of hundreds of PDF SAM chapters.  While SAM is currently a benefit of RSES membership through the exclusive members-only section of the RSES website, SAM on CD is a resource that provides RSES members and nonmembers alike with access to the technical bulletins, without being connected to the Internet.
