Harier is launching its 2010 ENERGYSTAR Air Conditioning lineup with an industry-first Braille text and MagnaClik™ magnetic remote control storage feature on its redesigned remote controls. The MagnaClik™ remove magnetically attaches to the side of Haier’s units or any other metal surface such as a refrigerator. Haier consulted with experts at Lighthouse International, a leading non-profit organization dedicated to preserving vision and helping people overcome vision loss, in designing the new remotes.
