Airtec Products Corp., a manufacturer and importer of HVACR products offers the MV Ceiling Diffuser Series, a one-piece, diffuser/damper/collar/box combination manufactured and assembled in the United States.

The MV Series diffusers are constructed of scratch/heat-resistant, rust-proof white engineered polymer in two sizes: 8x8 and 6x6-inch squares or 8 and 6-inch-diameter round styles. Square faceplates are available in conventional two-, three- or four-way directional louvers, return grille styles or black and white choices of faux cast iron antique grille designs. 

The all-in-one ceiling diffuser installs in 72 seconds or less thus saving up to 80-percent field installation time. Unlike the leak potential of field-assembled diffusers, the MV Series’ seamless, airtight sealed construction is designed to distribute air with virtually no leakage, the company says.

The included tight-sealing, 90-degree butterfly damper features rubber gasketed construction and an anti-binding, corrosion-resistant mechanism that is adjustable by screwdriver or by hand with a decorative knob.
