MSD Research, Inc. announces, HVACProductRatings.com, its new product research network website through which HVAC professionals can view products from numerous manufacturers within the HVAC industry all in one place along with peer ratings written by fellow members of the network who have used the products. 

If there are not enough reviews on a specific product that a member is interested in, there is a Request a Review feature that will alert other members that feedback is needed. The member who requested a review will be sent an email when a review is written on that product. The email will contain the product name and the username who wrote the review. A link will be provided for the member to go directly to that product review on the website.

Each user that writes a review on a specific product will receive an email after another user writes a review on that product. This allows the user to follow the opinions of others on that same product. A user can unsubscribe at any time from receiving emails on a product by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email. 

In addition, a feature called Talk to the Manufacturer allows members to communicate directly and confidentially with the manufacturer about a product in which they may have a complaint, an improvement, or a new idea. This allows the manufacturer an opportunity to provide us the best products and service possible.
