WIKA Instruments Creates Customer Operations Post

WIKA Instrument Corporation (WIKA) recently announced the promotion of James D. “Jim” Zielinski to Director of Customer Operations, reporting to Drew Firestone, Executive Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Operations. In his new role, Zielinski will be responsible for Customer Service, Distributor Relations, Warehouse Management, Shipping, Finished Goods Purchasing, Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA), and Diaphragm Seals. This new position was created to improve customer relations by bridging the gap between operations, customer service, sales, and the customer. www.wika.com
