New Residential HVACR Operations Manual Helps Contractors Make More Money

NORCROSS, Ga. — Nationally recognized HVACR consultant and regular HVACR Business columnist Ruth King recently put the finishing touches on her new manual — Residential HVAC Operations Manual: Best Practices for Running a Profitable Service and Replacement Company.

With more than 500 pages, this manual gives contractors the procedures they need to become one of the most profitable contractors in the United States and Canada. These procedures have been tested, revised and retested in King's HVACR client companies.

"This manual is the one place to get everything a contractor needs to operate a residential HVAC business," King said. "I wrote it to give contractors an affordable way to grow their business by themselves, since I can't personally help every contractor who wants to grow profitably."

The manual is focused around service, maintenance and replacement and includes sales, marketing and specific operations for each area as well as administrative procedures. It can be customized for a specific contractor.
