NCI Recognizes Outstanding Members

 

SHEFFIELD LAKE, Ohio — During the National Comfort Institute (NCI) Summit 2015, HVAC contractors were recognized for excellence in the group’s Leader Board Awards ceremony, as well as during the closing awards banquet recognizing top member leaders in a number of different categories.

The Leader Board is a performance tracking system that compares member companies to one another. This is an NCI benchmarking system that sets up friendly competition between member technicians.

Says Dominick Guarino, NCI Chairman and CEO, "One-way to force ourselves to reach higher, stretch further, achieve more is to see how our efforts compare with those of peers," said Dominick Guarino, NCI chairman and CEO. "The Leader Board is a helpful tool in achieving this comparison. This performance tracking system encourages team participation and invites individual recognition."

The 2015 Leader Board winners recognized during Summit 2015 include:

Residential Replacement – High Net Comfort Advisor Sales

  • Winner: Mark Fisher, FisherAir Heating and Air Conditioning Services, Brea, Calif.
  • Runners-Up: Connor Krause and Tom Salisbury, Sr., both of Lakeside Service Co., Brighton, Mich.

Commercial Replacement – High Net Comfort Advisor Sales

  • Winner: Lloyd Wenzel, Wighton's Inc., San Luis Obispo, Calif.
  • Runners-Up: Don Okon, Homer Nine & Sons, Inc., Bridgewater, Penn., Jerry Westendorf, Jansen's Heating & Air, Effingham, Ill.

Service Revenue – High Net Sales – Service Technicians

During the closing banquet and awards ceremony, Guarino and NCI President Rob Falke recognized a number of companies for their accomplishments in a number of categories. This recognition is known as the NCI Member Awards program and the winners are as follows:
