Morrison Supply Acquires Express Pipe & Supply

Morrison Supply Company announced that it has acquired Santa Monica, California-based Express Pipe & Supply Company, Inc. The third-largest plumbing supply company in the Southern California market, Express Pipe & Supply has twelve branches and a dedicated focus on residential plumbing. 

With this acquisition Morrison Supply continues to extend its strong Southwest platform into the recovering California residential and commercial construction market. 

Express Pipe & Supply will continue to operate under its existing brand name.

Morrison’s acquisition of Express Pipe & Supply represents the company’s first significant acquisition in the southern California market and underscores Morrison’s continuing strategy of growth through acquisitions and through the opening of new locations. Recently Morrison also completed the acquisition of Rogers Supply in Enid, Oklahoma and Dixie Utility Supply in Texarkana,
