Lochinvar Introduces Online Training Platform

Originally published: 04.30.13 by HVACR Business Staff

Lochinvar has introduced a free online training resource at LochinvarU.com. The new online portal is an extension of Lochinvar University headquartered in Lebanon, Tenn.

The courses and training materials are designed to offer in-depth information about Lochinvar’s high-efficiency products for service providers, design engineers, building maintenance personnel and any other interested individuals.

By taking advantage of the online training, participants can learn at their own pace and on their own schedule from any location, the university says.

LochinvarU.com offers various interactive control simulators and product line courses in “Information Only” versions, as well as classes that include knowledge tests following the content to meet training requirements, the university says. When participants successfully complete a knowledge test, they earn a certificate of completion while also fulfilling requirements to keep their company listed in the service provider locator at Lochinvar.com.

“Our goal is to provide solutions that help all of our industry partners succeed, and training plays a large role in that,” said Stirling Boston, director of marketing.  “As technology continues to evolve, Lochinvar University is a great resource for professionals who want to stay up to speed on the latest advancements – and with classes now offered online and on-site, it’s more

accessible than ever before.”

Upon completing the free registration, new users can immediately begin taking advantage of the resources.
