Johnstone Welcomes New VP of Sales and Marketing


PORTLAND, Ore. —  Johnstone Supply recently hired Randall Hudspeth as the Cooperative's new vice president of sales and marketing.

Holding 25 years of experience in sales and operations for major distribution segments at both a national and global level, Hudspeth brings a stellar record of success in growing sales and improving profitability by focusing on customer needs and driving high performance.

Hudspeth officially joined Johnstone on July 28th, and immediately began connecting with key stakeholders, including top Cooperative vendors at the Johnstone Supplier Conference. Hudspeth's responsibilities will include creating strategic sales and marketing programs for Members, advising stores on opportunities for growth, and ongoing development of strong vendor programs with strategic manufacturer accounts.

Randall Hudspeth's professional background includes a start in sales and account management at Hilti, a leading supplier in the global construction industry. He was eventually promoted to Hilti's Corporate Headquarters in Switzerland where he was responsible for global Customer Relationship Management processes before taking on responsibility as Executive Vice President for their British division. 

Hudspeth returned to the U.S. as Regional Vice President of Sales and Operations for DXP Enterprises, a leading product and service distributor of innovative pumping solutions, Supply Chain Services, and MRO materials. Most recently Randall held an executive leadership role with a Caterpillar dealer.
