HVACR Industry to Unite Around Education

ORLANDO, Fla. — The HVACR industry will once again unite around education for the National HVACR Educators and Trainers Conference. The conference will be held March 27-29, 2017 at the Florida at the Florida Hotel and Conference Center in Orlando, Florida.

As every attendee has unique training needs, over sixty sessions have been scheduled to cover an array of technologies.

Classes will be conducted by representatives of: Daikin, Fujitsu, LG, Danfoss, Liebert, Emerson, Arkema, Honeywell, Chemours, ICOR, and other groups that support HVACR education.

The EPA will present a keynote address to cover the changes to the Section 608 regulations and certification exam.

To help attendees evaluate what type of training they may need, educator credentialing exams will be offered free of charge. In addition, they can showcase their skills during the instructors competition.

The exposition provides an opportunity to learn about the latest in: equipment, trainers, test instruments, tools, controls, chemicals, curriculum, and job placement opportunities.

Four plated meals and two coffee breaks are included to help attendees network with peers.

To make professional development simpler than ever, two other national groups will co-locate their event at the Florida Hotel and Conference Center. Come a day early and join the Council of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Educators (CARE) to network with peers and share ideas. Stay an extra day and join Daikin for a Variable Refrigerant Volume "VRV" train-the-trainer event. (This session will be limited to the first 100 registrants).

The conference is open to anyone involved in training current or future HVACR workforce. This includes but is not limited to: HVACR instructors, utility trainers, technical service advisers, manufacturers, corporate trainers, and administrators.
