MH Rhodes Cramer Announces ISO Certification

M.H. Rhodes Cramer Co. has received ISO certification to the ISO9001:2008 standard, which demonstrates the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction with a structured process in the design, procurement, manufacture, assembly of electro-mechanical and electronic timers, switches and fractional horsepower motors for various commercial and industrial applications, the company announced.
The certification was received through a third party audit conducted by National Quality Assurance of Acton, Mass.
“The organization and discipline associated with our processes of handling all aspects of manufacturing, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction in our timers, switches, and fractional horsepower motors is designed to exceed all customer expectations and resulted in compliance to the rigors of the standard,” said Richard Wheeler, President Capewell Components Co. “This sets MH Rhodes Cramer apart as unique in these market segments and exemplifies our devotion to customer centricity.”
