Assets of HVAC Duct Manufacturer Being Auctioned

LOS ANGELES, CA —Bidding is now underway on a range of duct-forming and sheet metal machinery, inventory and raw materials, and other equipment formerly owned by Liberty Duct LLC. Online bidding on the company’s former assets located in the metro Sacramento and Las Vegas markets will be available at and will close in rapid succession, live auction style, on September 10, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. (PT).

Assets of the HVAC duct manufacturer are being sold on behalf of a consortium of secured creditors in an online sale being conducted by Tiger Group’s Remarketing Services Division in cooperation with Machinery Network Auctions.

A preview of the Las Vegas assets will be available at 4031 Industrial Center Drive, North Las Vegas, on September 9, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (PT), and on September 10 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (PT). The Sacramento assets will be available for viewing at the same times on both days at 3784 Omec Circle, #4, Rancho Cordova, Calif. 

“This sale represents an excellent opportunity for companies in the HVAC and sheet metal industries to expand their production capabilities with a variety of quality machines,” said Jeff Tanenbaum, president of Tiger’s Remarketing Services Division. 

The assets to be sold include fabrication tools, saws, tool room and facility support equipment.
