Develops solid models of new & existing products. Analyze stresses & perform modal analysis using FEA. Maintain design engineering documentation, improve products & productivity, use statistical methods for improving product reliability or reducing product cost. REQUIRES : BSME degree, 3 yrs. in related work exp. in Industrial Blower & Fan Industry, proficiency in either Pro/E or SolidWorks.

PennBarry / Engineering Manager - Manage product design engineers for Industrial Fan/Blower product line product line, coordinates activities between marketing, sales, quality and mfg. Leads team to develop solid models of new & existing products, analyze stresses & perform modal analysis using FEA. Maintain design engineering documentation, improve products and productivity, resolve warranty issues, develop corrective actions and use statistical methods for improving product reliability & reducing product cost. REQUIRES BSME degree, 5 yrs. in related work exp. in Industrial Blower & Fan Industry of which 3 years are as a Manager, proficiency in FEA and either Pro/E or SolidWorks. ***Both positions require 25% travel during training then it subsides to less.
